Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your package is dispatched.
Delivery Timeline
- Standard Delivery: 3-4 business days across India
- Metro Cities: 2-3 business days (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata)
- Remote Areas: 5-7 business days (certain PIN codes may require additional time)

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package in real-time using this tracking ID on our courier partner's website.
Packaging
All ZestVeda products are carefully packaged in premium, protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Each bottle is secured with bubble wrap and placed in a sturdy box to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or courier delays may occasionally affect delivery times. In such cases, we will proactively notify you and provide updated delivery estimates.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please ensure your contact number is correct and reachable. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us, and you may be charged for re-shipment.
