At ZestVeda (operated by ZestVeda), we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines how we process refunds for returned products.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed for products that meet our Return Policy criteria:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong products delivered
  • Unopened products returned within 7 days
  • Products with quality issues verified by our team
  • Cancelled orders (before shipment)

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after receiving the returned product
  • Approval Notification: Email sent within 24 hours of approval
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days from approval date
  • Bank Credit: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank

Total timeline: Approximately 10-15 business days from when we receive your return

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the following methods based on your original payment:

Prepaid Orders (Online Payment)

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card used for purchase
  • UPI: Refunded to the original UPI ID
  • Net Banking: Refunded to the original bank account
  • Digital Wallets: Refunded to the original wallet

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
  • You must provide your bank account details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name)
  • Email your bank details to support@zestveda.com when initiating the return
  • Refund will be credited within 5-7 business days after approval

Refund Amount

The refund amount depends on the reason for return:

  • Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product: Full refund including shipping charges (if any)
  • Quality Issues: Full refund after verification
  • Change of Mind (Unopened): Product price only (return shipping borne by customer)
  • Cancelled Orders: Full refund of the amount paid

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use beyond inspection
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window (at our discretion)

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles (unless defective)
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Gift cards or promotional items (unless defective)

Refund Tracking

You can track your refund status:

  • Email confirmation when return is received
  • Email notification when inspection is complete
  • Email confirmation when refund is processed with transaction details

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Check your spam/junk folder for our refund confirmation email
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@zestveda.com with your order number

Refund for Cancelled Orders

For orders cancelled before shipment:

  • Prepaid Orders: Full refund processed within 5-7 business days
  • COD Orders: No payment was made, so no refund is necessary
  • Cancellation confirmation sent via email

Promotional Discounts & Refunds

If you used a promotional code or discount:

  • Refund will be for the amount actually paid (after discount)
  • Promotional codes cannot be reused once applied to a refunded order
  • Store credit or gift cards used will be refunded as store credit

Exchanges vs. Refunds

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product:

  • Request a refund for the original product
  • Place a new order for the desired product
  • This ensures you get the product you want without delays
