Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, broken, or leaking
  • Wrong Product: If you receive a different product than what you ordered
  • Defective Products: If the product has manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Unopened Products: Unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Quality Issues: If the fragrance quality does not meet our standards

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee acceptance of returns unless the product is defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products purchased during special sales or clearance (unless defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@zestveda.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24-48 hours
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  5. Ship the product to the address provided by our team using a trackable shipping method
  6. Share the return tracking number with us via email

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged/Defective/Wrong Products: We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange pickup
  • Change of Mind (Unopened): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Quality Issues: We will cover return shipping after verification

Inspection Process

Once we receive your returned product:

  • Our quality team will inspect the product within 2-3 business days
  • We will verify the condition and eligibility for return
  • You will be notified via email about the inspection results
  • If approved, your refund will be processed (see our Refund Policy)

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:

  • Return the original item following our return process
  • Once the refund is processed, place a new order for the desired product
  • For defective products, we may offer immediate replacement on a case-by-case basis

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped:

  • Contact us immediately at support@zestveda.com with your order number
  • Cancellations are processed within 1-2 hours during business hours
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the product
  • Full refund will be processed for cancelled orders within 5-7 business days
